This makes clear and utter sense to a donkey....Who in there right mind would eat fish out of a lake with an adjacent polluted river to say that the fish do not mingle with other fish, within the same area, will not become polluted themselves. This is nonsense and a play on words by the Alberta government not to deal with this environmental health issue and risking the safety of Albertans. I'm appalled by this as reasoning and rationale are never used in our government jestures and while they sit around and look retarded at each other. It seems only emotional reponses over job creation and financial stability are prominent for their connectivity with personal matters, and of course this involves financing or 'bonding' with our other financial allegiances internationally. Throw me a bone ~ grow up and start doing your jobs to improve Health and Environment of your province and get financing out of your head, you have enough money already. Saving lives increases dollar value, being smart and critical at times increase values, not slobbing around in the same old issues that groups lobby at you every day, jeez louise!
